Some of the specific reasons I liked you so much was not only did your company have the lowest rate, but you were honest with me in telling me I could reduce the costs by going with my own title company etc. You solved the problem with the second lien on the house at a minimal cost to me, and the numbers you quoted me originally were either the same or better. All deals, loans, etc. will always have problems, but you were able to solve the problems without changing what was promised. The closing went great. The woman we dealt with was very nice, thorough, and had no problems answering any questions and getting issues resolved.
